Cove Gardens honoured at the District Of North Vancouver Annual Awards

The District of North Vancouver’s Advisory Design Panel annually presents awards to encourage excellence in design and to recognize projects that significantly contribute to the built environment of the District of North Vancouver.

Here are some of the ADP members’ comments that were presented at the DNV’s Council’s meeting before presenting the award to the Cove Gardens’ design team.

“The project design shows a sensitive response to the surrounding land uses – it has a village feel.”

“The project’s location and design make it a gateway to Deep Cove.”

“Good variety of scales and forms, particularly given the context.”
